How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel directly through the Stripe portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Why are prices different from what I see on the marketplace?
Prices are fetched from third-party data and may be delayed or differ from live listings. Always verify prices on the marketplace before making a trade.
I signed up with Google/Steam but can't log in with email. What do I do?
Log in with the provider you originally signed up with (Google or Steam), then go to Settings to connect an email and password to your account.
I was charged incorrectly. Can I get a refund?
Contact support@skinmerge.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and we'll look into it.
