Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

2. What the Service Provides

SkinMerge provides CS2 trade-up analysis tools, probability calculations, and marketplace pricing views.

The Service is informational software only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Pricing Data and Availability

Marketplace data and computed outputs can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating prices and listings before any transaction.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Trial and billing status are displayed in your account settings.

You can manage or cancel paid billing from the billing portal linked in the settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use automated abuse traffic, scraping, or credential attacks.
• Do not use the Service in violation of platform, marketplace, or applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Supabase, Stripe, Steam, Google, and pricing data partners. Their availability and policies may affect your use.

7. Intellectual Property

SkinMerge software, branding, and site content are owned by SkinMerge or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinMerge is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@skinmerge.com within 14 days of the charge.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkinMerge and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkinMerge operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted with a new effective date.
